One of the key aspects of stock management for your workshop would be to link parts to job cards. Part issuing helps you link part to the job card and enables effective inventory management. Here’s what you need to do to issue part to a job card:
Sequence of steps:
Estimation > Parts > Issue > Enter Issue Quantity > Issue
1. On the estimations page of the job card, click on the "Parts" drop-down button and select the "Issue" option.
2. Parts required for a particular job card are automatically populated in the list
of issue parts as shown below. Enter the issue quantity and click on Issue. The parts
required for the particular job are now issued from the system and your stock quantity
is updated accordingly.
