Relevance: Workshop Owner

Autorox GMS enables you to send service reminders to your customers. However, it

makes more sense if you track the service reminders in a single dashboard, so that

you can keep track of how many of your customers are returning to your workshop based on reminders. Here’s how you can see the service reminders related dashboard:

Sequence of steps:

Dashboard > Side Bar > Reminder

Steps:

1. Select the Reminders tab from the sidebar.

2. With the help of given filters, you can filter based on SMS reminders sent, SMS

reminders due to be sent, service due and vehicles serviced within a defined period

(which can also be set).

3. You can also download reports for service reminders. Click on the "Export" button to export the report in excel.

4. Once you click the "Export" button, an OTP will be sent to the admin user to download.

5. Enter the OTP and click on submit to download the report.
