that is to notify customers about their car’s service due dates. Keeping track of

the services to be done can be cumbersome if done manually. Autorox GMS enables you to send timely service reminders to your customers. Here’s how you can configure service reminder settings in Autorox GMS and bring back your customers:

Sequence of steps:

Dashboard > Side Bar > Configure >Workshop Profile > Reminders > Set the Number of Reminders (up to 6) > Select the Contact Type and Set the Frequency for Contact > Next > Submit


1. From the dashboard, open the sidebar and click on Configure tab, and select the Workshop Profile option.

2. Choose the Reminders tab. In the reminders panel, you can set the number of reminders, frequency of sending the reminders, and type of contact. Once you set these, click the Next button and choose to Submit.
