1. Loyalty packages

These packages can be designed for customers based on services they can avail of and also the validity of the services. Customers need to register for these packages by purchasing the package.

Steps:

1. On the side pane, select the Loyalty Scheme dropdown tab and choose the Manage Scheme option.

2. Click on the "Create Package" button to begin creating the package. Enter the name you wish to give to this package. Select the loyalty checkbox as we are creating a loyalty scheme here. Choose from and to date to set the period over which this loyalty scheme would be active. You could also mention the description related to the scheme.

3. Create different offers within the created package by clicking the add offer button. Enter the offer name. Mention the Part/Service name, Service type (free or paid), the price for the service, no. of services the customer can avail in this offer, discount (if any). Click the "+" button to add more services to the offer.

4. You can state the validity of the offer so that customers can avail the offer only for a specified duration. Choose a color for the offer, which will be displayed while selecting the package for service during the job card creation. Upload an image of the offer to make it look appealing and easy to choose from.

5. Click on save to create a loyalty scheme. This scheme will then be reflected in the job card creation screen.

6. Once the loyalty scheme is created, you can choose the package option while creating a job card, and select the loyalty scheme and offer as shown below:

7. You can see the services that the customer has availed to date in the "Services" tab (for e.g. [1/2] indicates the customer has availed the service 1 time and can avail the service 2 times

2. Promotion packages

These packages can be designed for customers for seasonal or festive promotions to be availed by customers without registering for the package.

Steps:

1. On the side pane, select the Loyalty Scheme dropdown tab and choose the Manage Scheme option.

2. Click on the "Create Package" button to begin creating the package. Enter the name you wish to give to this package. Select the promotion checkbox as we are creating a promotional scheme here. Choose from and to date to set the period over which this promotional scheme would be active. You could also mention the description related to the scheme.

3. Create different offers within the created package by clicking the add offer button. Enter the offer name. Mention the Part/Service name, amount to indicate the price for the service, discount (if any). Click the "+" button to add more services to the offer.

4. You can state the validity of the offer so that customers can avail the offer only for a specified duration. Choose a colour for the offer, which will be displayed while selecting the package for service during the job card creation. Upload an image of the offer to make it look appealing and easy to choose from.

5. Click on save to create a promotional scheme. This scheme will then be reflected in the job card creation screen.

6. Once the promotional scheme is created, you can choose the package option while creating a job card, and select the promotional scheme and offer as shown below. Moreover, you can choose the service to be availed from the list of services and click save to add the package to job card estimation.

3. Extended warranty packages

These packages can be designed for customers to extend their warranty on pre-defined services for a specified duration or for specified km. Customers need to register for these packages by purchasing the package.

Steps:

1. On the side pane, select the Loyalty Scheme dropdown tab and choose the Manage Scheme option.

2. Click on the "Create Package" button to begin the package creation. Enter the name you wish to give to this package. Select the extended warranty checkbox as we are creating an extended warranty scheme here. Choose from and to date to set the period over which this extended warranty scheme would be active. You could also mention the description related to the scheme.

3. Create different offers within the created package by clicking the add offer button. Enter the offer name. Mention the Part/Service name, Service type (free or paid), the price for the service, no. of services the customer can avail in this offer, discount (if any). Click the "+" button to add more services to the offer.

4. Register a customer for a loyalty package

Before your customers could avail benefits of the loyalty package, you have to register the customer's details for the specified package they signed up for. Here's how you can register the customer for a loyalty package:

Steps:

1. On the side pane, select the Loyalty Scheme dropdown tab and choose the Manage Customers option.

2. Choose the "Loyalty Customer Data" tab to register new customers for the loyalty package. Mention all the required fields and click on the "+" button to register the customer for the loyalty package.

3. Whenever you create a job card, you can see a notification at the top of the screen whenever the customer is registered for any loyalty package.

5. Register a customer for an extended warranty package

Before your customers could avail benefits of the extended warranty package, you have to register the customer's details for the specified package they signed up for. Here's how you can register the customer for an extended warranty package:

Steps:

1. On the side pane, select the Loyalty Scheme dropdown tab and choose the Manage Customers option.

2. Choose the "Extended Warranty Customer Data" tab to register new customers for the extended warranty package. Mention all the required fields and click on the "+" button to register the customer for the extended warranty package.

3. Whenever you create a job card, you can see a notification at the top of the screen whenever the customer is registered for an extended warranty package.

6. Delivery note in Issued page

Part manager can document each and every part issue details in a delivery note which helps to understand the Workshop management that the issued parts responsibility goes to which person.

Steps:

1. Open the issue page in a job card.

2. Enter the issue quantity and mention the name who is responsible for this part in to “issued to” and click on the issue.

3. Open the issue page and select issued, here we can find the delivery not based on the issued ID.

7. Mapping the replaced parts from customer

Now the part manager can map that those parts which the customer is replaced and keep that old pats in the workshop only.

Steps:

1. Open the issue page in a job card and select the appropriate option from “old parts”

a. Parts returned: Customer handover the old part to the workshop

b. Parts not returned: Customer doesn’t hand over the old parts to the workshop
